Corner Bakery Cafe & GroupRaise Requirements
Upload a COMPLETED/SIGNED W9 for your organization with your fundraiser request. A Tax ID Form is not sufficient. We CANNOT CUT A CHECK for organizations that do not upload the appropriate documentation. Fundraisers are only available to approved non-profit organizations.
The check will be made out to the name and address on the W9 and mailed to the main contact’s address within 45 business days of the event date.
Donations do not include gift cards, sales tax, or delivery fees.
Corner Bakery does not process checks for donations under $25. In this instance, the organization has two options:
- Pick up a Complimentary Large Cinnamon Creme Cake from the cafe (follow up with the General Manager to arrange).
- Schedule a subsequent fundraiser and the donations from the two events will be combined.
Tips & Tricks for Maximizing Turnout/Success: Promote the event in multiple ways and share via social media. Consider decorating the cafe with your organization colors and/or materials on the day of the event. Please reach out to the General Manager of the cafe to coordinate.
On event day:
- Attendees should present the GroupRaise Meal Page, physically (printed) or on a mobile device, to the cashier (in-cafe or drive-thru, where available) when placing order for the sale to count.
- For orders placed online via www.cornerbakery.com for pick up or delivery, Coupon Code 659 must be entered for the order to count towards the fundraiser. The Coupon Code is not valid with any other offers or discounts. Orders placed directly with 3rd Party delivery partners are not eligible for fundraiser donations.
- Catering and To-Go orders are encouraged and included in your fundraiser. Please mention the fundraiser when placing and/or picking up your order. ezCater orders are not included.
- Soliciting Guests or distributing GroupRaise Meal Page inside or near the cafe prior to or during the event is not allowed unless given written permission from the hosting cafe.
- The minimum sales amount required for this fundraising event to receive a donation check is $100.00.
